Nurses’ Uniform Dresses
When I was a child, nurses always wore crisp, white uniform dresses.
Most nurses today wear comfortable, brightly colored scrub uniforms. The modern nurse who wants to wear a traditional white uniform dress may find it hard to satisfy her taste.
Nurses’ uniform dresses are still available, although increasingly difficult to find. Believe it or not, there are many nurses who prefer to wear the traditional white starched uniform. I put this page together to help those ladies find what they are looking for.
I have always appreciated the way these uniforms look. Some nurses prefer dresses for religious reasons. Others simply feel that a nurse in a crisp, white uniform presents a more professional appearance. Some women enjoy wearing the traditional dress uniform for graduation, conferences and other professional meetings even though they wear the colorful cotton scrubs on the hospital floor.
Nurses are not the only women who wear these white uniforms either! Many church groups prefer white nurse dresses for their ushers.
Whatever your reason for wanting to find a traditional uniform, you will find a great selection of white nurse dresses here. If you can’t find what you want here, check my links to other vendors on the web.
